La camera era arredata in maniera semplice ma funzionale. Era pulita e luminosa. L'angolo cottura ed il frigo erano piccoli ma sufficienti per soggiorni brevi. Accesso facilitato alla residenza grazie ad un codice. Accesso alla camera tramite chiave elettronica. Il clima all'interno della Residenza è cordiale. Fra gli ospiti, vi soggiornano numerose persone, provenienti da tutto il mondo, che vanno a studiare la lingua presso l'Alliance Française.
Sono arrivato alle 3 del mattino ed ho avuto un problema con la chiave elettronica di accesso alla camera in quanto non funzionava. Ho chiamato il numero di assistenza . La persona che mi ha fatto entrare mi ha , poi, sostituito la chiave il mattino dopo.
