    Good clean 3 star hotel in Nice within walking distance of train station and shopping. It was expensive she to F1 weekend in Monaco so may be a better value at other times. My room had a lot of stairs and no one to help navigate with luggage. More like a 2 star hotel.

    We used this hotel as a base to explore - easy access to Jean Medecin and the train station and a perfectly nice walk through town to the promenade. . The room was small but perfectly clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious but pick your time as some things ran out so we had to wait at times. Very very good value for the area though and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

    The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The room we booked was small but clean and adequately comfortable for a short stay. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing - the staff were unresponsive to repeated requests for basic toiletries like soap and toilet paper, which were out of stock in the room. We ended up having to go out and purchase our own. A shame, as attentive service would have made the stay more enjoyable.
