Clean and mainly comfortable
Mattress in the small room was in need of replacing as not comfortable blinds were unusable so it got quite hot and too hot for dogs.

Basic for me and my little dogs needs, lovley safe place with all you need right on the edge of the beach. Bed was clean and comfortable and also fresh towels ready.
Could do with a couple of broken blinds replacing.

Quit location, close to beach, dog friendly, Great communication, easy to book and find. Well equipped property. Short drive to shops, pub on site and a couple more very close by. Pretty much everything you need a short seaside jaunt.
TV could do with an upgrade! No BBC available, probably due to Ariel issues? Looked like the cleaner didn’t follow all the steps on the list! Only minor things though, still a lot to like about it.
