The proximity was good with parking close by. The facilities were good. Beds comfortable. Lovely seating area on the decking with astro turf. Short walk to the beach and shop/pub. The location was midway between Skegness and Mablethorpe.
Not a lot, everything was fine

It was well equipped
It was very tired and in need of updating
The property was further away from the beach than suggested but only a 10 min walk but along a fairly busy road.
