Are you looking for comfort in a lovely space just a short distance from the beach and the city? Then this is the perfect place for you!
The house is fully equipped.
It’s located in a quiet and safe residential area.
Your hosts speak Spanish and English, and are always available and happy to provide information and help with whatever you need.
Huatulco is a wonderful place, and we’d love to share it with you!
The house is new, with a contemporary design and exquisite décor. It’s very well-equipped to make you feel right at home. It features large windows, which keep it nice and cool; the living room and dining room have direct access to the garden and pool. The garden features spacious green areas, as well as zones for resting, relaxing, and socializing. It has its own parking. Spacious living room, dining room, and bar with TV (Sky), Wi-Fi, fans, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware.
The 4 bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable; each features a bathroom (with hot water), a closet, a flat-screen TV, a fan, air conditioning, a safe, and a balcony.
The hosts will personally handle check-in, key handoff, and check-out.
The entire house is available to guests. Montserrat will be at your disposal from check-in to check-out, and you can contact her whenever you need to with any questions, concerns, or requests for information.
The property is located in a private, quiet, and safe area. It’s in a strategic location, as there are several nearby beaches, as well as the city center, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars, and more...
If you have your own car, it will be easy to get around the city.
If not, we’ll provide you with numbers for reliable taxis or information on car rentals.
The property provides basic amenities for guests, such as: shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper in each bathroom, hand sanitizer, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and napkins. Housekeeping is included in the price and will be provided every third day, except on Sundays.
Since we are offering an enhanced cleaning service (provided every other day, except Sundays), staff will be granted access to the property. Cleaning and landscaping services are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. This will not disturb guests, as the staff has a key to enter the property. Likewise, the pool maintenance staff begins work at 7:00 a.m. to ensure that the facilities are in perfect condition when guests use them.

The property is perfect. Great location with anything you need nearby. Beautiful beaches , surfing, central town, airport, all accessible. House is exceptionally clean and decorated beautifully. Rooms are large with their own private bath. Designed with the most creative lighting and crisp white linens, ypu cant help but relax and sleep comfortably. Great table area for a group and a pool that’s perfect to float in. . Wonderfully priced and highly recommended. The host was quick to respond, easy to contact, and more than accommodating for our group. We were able to rent with short notice and so excited when we opened the door on arrival. You won’t be disappointed.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sa. It is a beautiful house located in a gated community in Sector O. The house is very clean and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The location of the house is perfect. It is away from the tourist zones, but you are also close to everything - 5 minute drives to the Chedraui grocery store, downtown Santa Cruz, Central Park in La Crucecita, and several beautiful beaches. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Thank you again for everything!
