About this villa rental
Enjoy the surfing paradise of Puerto Escondido in one of the most luxurious homes on the bluff overlooking the cobalt blue water of Playa Carrizalillo.
Built in 2008, Villa Vista Hermosa features a traditional palapa, infinity pool, dipping pool, air conditioning, out-door barbecue and built-in bar in the living area. There is private two car covered parking and washer and dryer available on site. The Villa offers flat screen television as well as free wireless internet access.
The fully appointed cook’s kitchen features traditional tile counter tops, separate island with seating for three, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwater, microwave, coffee maker as well as filtered and chilled bottled water.
The main house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with King beds in both the master suite and the second bedroom. The third bedroom includes two Queen beds while the forth bedroom offers matching twin beds. All bedrooms have en suite private bathrooms and are air-conditioned. A “pack n play” is available for small children.
The Palapa can be rented separately and includes a private entrance. The Penthouse is not included in this rental, however the Palapa can also be rented together since interior stairs connect the two living spaces. This stairway can also be locked and secured to insure privacy. The Palapa sleeps 2 with a king sized bed in an enclosed space. Please inquire regarding the availability of the Palapa as it is rented separately and is in high demand.
The kitchen features a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker as well as a filtered and chilled water dispenser. The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware and glassware and complete cooking utensils for creating gourmet meals. The large outdoor patio has it’s own dipping pool and barbecue and offers whitewater and coastal views.

We have Air-con in the bedrooms. AC is an extra charge based on power consumption and is metered separately.
Please note: we have two chihuahuas and a third small dog. There is a guest house on the property where a dog sitter stays to care for them when we are out of town. We generally have a caretaker on site, and if we are not in town, a manager will greet you and assist if needed. It is completely up to you how much you wish to interact with the doggies. If any issues arise, please contact us directly.
