The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 25 m² studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue des Gravilliers in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
The studio is furnished with 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Press coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:
Rue des Gravilliers in the 3rd arrondissement sits in the heart of the upper Marais, a neighbourhood that has become one of the most desirable and dynamic parts of Paris over the past two decades. The area is known for its outstanding food scene, with a particularly strong cluster of Asian restaurants, bakeries and tea houses, as well as a growing number of natural wine bars and independent coffee shops that have taken root alongside the established wholesale trade businesses. The Musée des Arts et Métiers, one of the most fascinating and underrated museums in Paris, is just around the corner.
The Centre Pompidou and the Place Georges-Pompidou are a short walk south, and the heart of the Marais with the Place des Vosges and the major Jewish and gay quarters is within easy reach. The covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement are close to the north. The Métro at Arts et Métiers and Temple connects the neighbourhood quickly to the rest of the city.

The flat was great.'Cozy' is a charming word for small, but it was enough room for us. The location might be the best thing about this listing. It was right in the middle of everything, but because the flat is in the back of the building, there was absolutely no street noise.Besides the drain in the bathroom being a little funky (depending on the time of day), the only other inconvenience was how far the walk is to obtain and leave the keys. Not a huge deal though.But this place was great!

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which boasts a superb location very close to the Louvre. In my honest opinion, all the nearby landmarks are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area on foot. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with cozy and tastefully decorated interiors that beautifully blend modern and classic French decor.
The compact kitchen was fully equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was great—clean, functional, and featuring a good shower.
The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was both responsive and hospitable.
