Ground floor consists of garden, patio, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower and window. Very quiet area suitable for those seeking relaxation near the beautiful sea of Rocchette without sacrificing the comfort of a large and cozy house. A 10-minute drive from Castiglione della Pescaia.

The location was really nice only a short walk to the beach. In a few minutes drive you were downtown. The house was nice but the interior was not in the best shape anymore and it was a little bit outlived and not the best quality. The rest was good.
