Apartment in Punta Ala with garden and veranda, in the Gualdo complex. A few steps from the wonderful beach of Punta Ala (1.2 km) and its marvelous bathing establishments. The tourist port of Punta Ala completes the perfect setting of this exclusive seaside location. The apartment consists of lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, double garden (front and back) with furniture, table and deck chairs and reserved parking space.

The house has a fully furnished kitchen, in the living room you can find dishes, bowls and serving dishes, glasses, forks and knives, tablecloths, etc. etc.
The external tent can be closed according to your needs.
The garden furniture is equipped with outdoor cushions. Additional outdoor chairs are available in the back garden.
A hairdryer is available in the bathroom. There is an iron and a table.
A staircase for any need is available.

The main garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for keeping small pets.

Il Gualdo is a residential complex consisting of apartments with gardens and two-storey terraces, set in a pedestrian park (the Luna road) with adjoining services (the Piastra Servizi, Il Delfino servizi).
Recommended: a Sicilian pastry breakfast!

To access the beaches (Baths: Vela, Gallia, Golf, Alleluja and Bel Mare, etc.); exits on via del Gualdo and turn left, go all the way to the roundabout, take the first on the right and follow the road as if to exit from Punta Ala; at the bend turn left and choose your parking. (present a newsagent and various shops in front of Via della Dogana).
For the other establishments (Baths, Bussola, Gymnasium, Sporting, Weltring, etc.): leaving the car park turn right to take the port road (3rd exit) and take the 1st road and follow the signs to a large parking lot municipality, near tennis courts and minigolf.
In the Marina of Punta Ala, in the Porto complex there are many services, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors (recommended Bamboo), newsagents and shops to do some shopping. To reach it: exit on Via del Gualdo and turn right, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and take the Via del Porto to the roundabout, and park at the numerous parking lots.

Useful info: shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, bar, MPS bank, various shops at the "La Piastra" service center.
How to reach it:
on foot: on leaving the house, drive along the driveway to the parking lot, cross the parking lot as you exit the driveway and enter a group of houses, go straight ahead until you reach the "Pedonale della Luna" road, turn right and after a few meters you are in the two-storey mall.
By car: exit via del Gualdo and turn left, take the first left turn and then you have two parking lots; the first (small) turning left again the second (largest) proceeding straight after an underpass.
There is a second supermarket at via della molletta; exits on via del Gualdo and turn right, at the roundabout of the church (2nd roundabout entering n Punta Ala) take the 2nd exit, turn immediately left and follow the road until you find a turn on the left with parking. Supermarket and excellent bakery (TOPPI) famous for white crush and grandmother's pies!

The parking space is available in the common car park: to access it, precede via del Gualdo, turn onto Via Aldebaran and at the first junction (a few meters) turn left to access the parking lot. The parking space is at the bottom left with number 47, before a tree that remains on the right once parked.

The access to the house takes place along the driveway just to the right of the parking lot, and the house is straight at the bottom (you will see the secondary fenced garden). To access the main entrance turn left and go along the walls of the house up to the wooden gate with the words "Lo scoiattolo"; you're there.

The check-in will be taken care of by Valentina (tel 328 7081799) who will provide for the entry and exit of the house at the end of the rental period.
Kindly, on handing over the keys, I will need a copy of the identity document of the person who made the booking for the communication to the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia for legal obligations and for communication to the Police Headquarters. Furthermore, I will inform you of the tourist tax to be paid upon delivery of the keys at the end of the stay.
For any technical problem (hydraulic, electrical, etc.) an emergency technician will always be available. Obviously I am always available for any clarification.
