Disappointment

The sea view was beautiful.

The most uncomfortable thing is that there is no air condition so under the roof it’s very hot in the night. The equipment of the kitchen: there is no dish cloth, no paper towel, no sponge, nothing, we had to buy everything in the supermarket (2-3 km). The toilet paper is not enough too. The bathrooms were clean but the floor is dirty. You get only a broon to clean. The washing machine and dishwasher were good. The communitation was on whatsupp, not so polite. I was waiting half a day for an answer. The garage place is very small, 10 euro per day. I expected much more… I don’t recommend it!

Bad price performance ratio

The service through Whatsapp or mail was friendly and helpful. The appartment is stylishly furnished. The kitchen is good enough equipped. The bed mattress is very comfortable and the sea view is beautiful.

You definitely pay a lot of money for nothing more than the simple stay at Punta Ala with sea view. There is nothing else included. No cleaning service, no parking space- for which you have to pay extra. They give you towels and 2 toilet rolls. There is no air conditioning, just one simple fan. The cleanliness of the appartment is a 6/10. Although it is beautifully decorated I will never book this appartment again.

Very poor

Location

The managers of this place should simply change job, we were expected during a 2 days break to wait around the apartment for the different technicians to come and fix the different issues we had, no hot water, no batteries in the remote and most importantly no air conditioning. we had to place bags against the door in order to avoid them slamming as the only way to have a bearable temperature was to leave both sides' windows open. For the price this place costs you can definitely find something else

Great location. Great balcony. Clean. Good place. Only improvement would be warmer bedding - we didn’t have a proper blanket and got cold at night. You need to bring your own things - soap, something to wash dishes with, etc. Something to keep in mind. Great spot though and everything was easy

Lovely apartment but unbearable to sleep without air con even in September.

Lovely apartment with great views.

No air con makes sleeping impossible in the heat. You either choose window open and hundreds of mosquito bites or windows closed and it being unbearably hot. Things like dishcloth and tea towels should be supplied when you have a kitchen. No mop either so couldn’t clean up some spilt water without going to the shop.

Una vista inolvidable

La ubicación y la urbanización, a menos de 5 minutos andando desde el puerto. La vista desde la terraza, espectacular. La plaza para aparcar el coche tiene un precio razonable y está en el mismo edificio. La recepción por parte de Lara. La facilidad y la rapidez en la comunicación con los gestores.

Una serie de detalles, todos menores, que todos juntos hacen que una casa de 10 sea de 7. En nuestro piso los televisores no tenián señal, ni estaban conectados a internet. No hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventiladores. No obstante los enchufes no están adaptados, teníamos solo un adaptador para todos los electrodomésticos de la casa. Solo había una vieja cafetera, cuando en el cuaderno de bienvenida se habla de una máquina de café de cápsula.

Lindo

La limpieza, ideal para un viaje tranquilo, muy tranquilo. La simpatía de Lara, tenía casi todo lo necesario para una pequeña estadía. La playa 😍

Faltaban algunas cosas esenciales como sombrilla, mocho, menos muebles y más cómodos pero en general puedo recomendarlo. Hay que caminar un poco y subir escaleras y el parking es a pagamento, el que es gratuito no se consigue siempre lugar.

Eher mühsames digitales Zusammenkommen mit den Zuständigen. Mehr persönliches Treffen wäre besser gewesen. Die Anlage selber war sicher einmal TOP. Nur schon etwas her. Stiege gefühlte 50cm breit. Keine Klima. Putzfetzen und Putzutensilien nur nach Nachfrage. In der Marina (Nähe) kein Supermarkt. Und wenn Du’s hast: Aber jetzt ist a Ruh! Die Besitzerin vom Agrotourismo (wo ich vorher war) hatte mir hingegen wirklich gute Tipps gegeben. Bei ihr habe ich mich wohlgefühlt.
