L'appartamento è situato in un condominio molto bello e curato, vicino al porto dove si trovano ristoranti, bar, famacia e negozi.
Non c'era aria condizionata e Il divano letto non era molto comodo (ma adeguato).

La ubicación y la urbanización, a menos de 5 minutos andando desde el puerto. La vista desde la terraza, espectacular. La plaza para aparcar el coche tiene un precio razonable y está en el mismo edificio. La recepción por parte de Lara. La facilidad y la rapidez en la comunicación con los gestores.
Una serie de detalles, todos menores, que todos juntos hacen que una casa de 10 sea de 7. En nuestro piso los televisores no tenián señal, ni estaban conectados a internet. No hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventiladores. No obstante los enchufes no están adaptados, teníamos solo un adaptador para todos los electrodomésticos de la casa. Solo había una vieja cafetera, cuando en el cuaderno de bienvenida se habla de una máquina de café de cápsula.

Garage con posto auto di difficile accesso in ambiente poco illuminato e sporco. Scala di accesso all'appartamento stretta e ripida. Niente kit di benvenuto (ma non è indispensabile) e neppure sale e zucchero, comunque buona la colazione al bar della vicina rotatoria. Appartamento un po' consumato.
