About this apartment rental
The 80 square meter apartment with a 15 meter terrace has a double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom, two bedrooms with a single bed, and a second bathroom. Large living room with open kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Always sunny and ventilated overlooking the harbor. A stone's throw from the sea (just 50 meters), the beach is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs. Paid parking not far from the apartment (included in the case of monthly or low season bookings) Apartment of 80 square meters, with large terrace that offers the possibility of commensurate with the harbor view. Very bright living room with open space kitchen. Three bedrooms, one double and two with single beds, equipped with wardrobes and chests of drawers for storing your personal belongings. There are two bathrooms both equipped with toilets and a washbasin. In one case there is a shower, in the other a bathtub. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. Parking is available if requested and included in the price for monthly bookings. In the small port of Punta Ala there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias and bars all easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. There are also several shops selling clothing and typical products open until late in the evening. The port is the center of Punta Ala nightlife and always offers excellent opportunities to spend a pleasant evening. The beach at the port offers the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas and pedalos. There are also toilets. A few minutes drive from the Port you can reach other beaches, also equipped for bathing, a golf course, as well as the Gualdo shopping center. For a trip out of town you can reach Castiglione della Pescaia, a typical Tuscan village, by car.

Appartamento elegante e funzionale, terrazza con vista sul porto dove cenare guardando il mare, camere da letto comodissime per dormire cullati dal dolce tintinnio degli alberi delle barche a vela, un soggiorno gradevolissimo, da ripetere al piu' presto. Grazie mille
