About this apartment rental
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this ocean front condo with kitchenette. Two queen beds, balcony, stocked kitchenette and amazing location near all the action. The Hawaiian Inn is a super fun building with an on-site Polynesian Luau (check online for Luau schedule.) Family friendly and they even allow trailer parking (limited access). ***PLEASE NOTE** AS OF 2/5/2024 THE POOLS AND BEACH ACCESS ARE STILL CLOSED DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE -- UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE***
Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin.
This is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.
We have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest. We also ask our guests to please do the following at check-out (note, if this upsets you please simply find another location as there is a massive labor shortage, we frequently have guests ask for early or late check-in/out and this is how we are able to make things smooth for all guests. Please note our check out instructions:
1. Strip all beds used and pillows and put sheets, pillow covers and used towels in a pile in center of room or on beds for beds used.
2. Turn off all lights, fans can be left on.
3. Turn off TVs, coffee makers and other electronics.
4. All dishes should either be cleaned or put into dishwasher and start dishwasher cycle. This is to avoid dishes getting crusty and attracting bugs.
5. Please load one load of towels into washing machine and start.
6. Return any books, games, beach items, etc (beach items should be rinsed outside to get rid of any excess sand).
7. Empty any outdoor ashtrays, clean up any cigarette butts.
8. Empty all food from refrigerator (you can leave never opened beverages and used condiments if you wish) put in outside trash and make sure trash is on curb Sun night or Wed night.
9. Make sure keys are left in lockbox ($50 per key replacement) and garage remote and/or parking pass left on counter ($100 replacement fee).
10. Wipe down countertops and leave home the way you found it.
11. Turn A/C to 78 degrees prior to departure.
12. Drive or fly home safely and come back and see us soon!

Nice room, great view but needs a little tlc to mitigate mildew issue. Also needs an interior lock on the entry door from the hall.

We did not have any trouble in any area on our trip ! The room was fantastic. Also, the host and checking in were great! I have no complaints just that we had to leave to soon! The view is gorgeous! I plan on staying here again.

VRBO pictures do not represent the property. Complex is very old and outdated. While attempting to enter our room we found a homeless person living in the hallway talking to themselves and changing clothes. Upon entering the room, we found the bathtub clogged and 1" of standing water. Tub was filled with sand and hair balls. A coat hanger was laying in the tub. I'm assuming cleaning crew was attempting to unclog the tub. The bathroom sink was also clogged, and water would not drain. Closet door was broken and falling down. Visible mold around the tub and floor tile. Also, upon entering the complex my minor (13-years old) granddaughter was approached by a man I'm assuming was a guest or maybe an employee. He made inappropriate sexual comments to her. This complex was like a low income housing project. The area around the complex also did not seem safe.
