Beach Condo Unit #103

It was nice and cool, the bed was so comfy. We loved that it was just a short walk to the beach.

It really could use some paint and kitchenette and bathroom need an upgrade.

Beautiful location. Loved the privacy of being away from the pool but easy access to the pool.

I was charged a cleaning fee which I assume was to pay someone to clean. I can tell you they were over paid. I was asked to keep the remote on the table when we leave but when we arrived the remote was under the bed along with some pills and french fries. There was food on the cooking utensils and the air vent had dust coming out of it so we opened it and it looked like the filter had not been changed in 6 months so we went to Ace hardware and purchased a new air filter so I could breathe for a week while we were there. We left the unit much cleaner that we found it.

Ocean front view, plenty of space.

Needs updating and cleaning, management of hotel didn’t care about all the cars parked on property of people that weren’t staying that. Parking is absolutely horrendous.

Location.

The unit had a gap in the rubber in the sliding glass door causing bugs to come in. The outside of the fridge looked like it had never been washed. The front door has a big gap at the bottom. We got locked out of our room for 20 min and no one called me back. Just needs some up grades thru out unit.
