About this house rental
Family house of 160 m2 on 1200 m2 of land, located in the medieval village of Les Matelles, at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup, north of Montpellier.
Come and enjoy this bright and spacious house, its atypical architecture, its different outdoor and indoor spaces, where everyone can easily find their place, are conducive to relaxation and tranquility.
The house has:
- On the first floor: a large open living room with kitchen, dining room, a space with high table, a master suite with its shower room, toilets and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with a sofa bed), an office (which can possibly be transformed into an extra bedroom with 2 ibeds), a mezzanine-TV room, library, a second bathroom and toilets.
Outside: salt swimming pool (9m by 4.5m) with a small bath, garden, terrace, plancha, trampoline, deckchairs ....
The pool is equipped with an alarm but vigilance is essential for children who do not know how to swim.
The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area; no parties or festive gatherings are allowed.
Within the village, various shops: bakery, butcher, tobacconist, grocery store, 2 restaurants, supermarket (5 min by car).
The region is rich in terms of activities, and the geographical location of our house allows everyone to find what they are looking for!
