About this villa rental
Beautiful contemporary villa with pool north of Montpellier, close to shops, 25 minutes from beaches and 10 minutes drive from the city center.
This large property offers space with its surface of 180 m² on a plot of 900 m². The equestrian center next door allows you to admire the horses on a daily basis and enjoy your holidays.
The villa is decorated with care and offers you a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, 2 Senseo coffee machines and nespresso, dishwasher, ...) of 70m² to share moments with family or friends. You have a master suite on the ground floor with a bathroom equipped with a heated towel rail, dressing room, a king size bed (180 * 200). An independent toilet.
On the floor you have 3 rooms among which 2 big rooms of 18m ². For your comfort the 3 upper bedrooms are equipped with large beds 160x200. A bathroom equipped with a heated towel rack is upstairs and a toilet.
The house is bright through large windows through. It is equipped with air conditioning on the ground floor.
To make your stay pleasant, you will enjoy a summer kitchen and all the necessary equipment griddle, barbecue, fridge, freezer, washing machine
8 sunbaths are at your disposal for lazing by the pool, plus buoys and pool games.
You can easily park in the property which can accommodate more than 4 cars.
Are included: Wifi, netflix, sheets and towels.

The villa is located in the municipality of Grabels between the cities of Montpellier and Saint Gely du Fesc. Shops are close, many activities to do in the area (pedal, gate winery, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, cave visit, ...).
Close to all amenities, shops, ... just 2 minutes by car a casino is open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, ....
beach 25 minutes & city center (comedy place) 10 minutes by car.
By Bus line 24: the valsiere to the pradas.
By car: the departmental 986 towards Montpellier or towards Saint Gely du Fesc

Magnifique villa
Très belle piscine, dommage qu'elle soit à l'ombre en fin de journée

Très belle villa avec de belles prestations. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du jardin, la localisation est top. Dommage que le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien mais ce n'était pas grave car nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Merci à Stéphane pour sa disponibilité

Er was airco in alle slaapkamers terwijl in de beschrijving stond dat dit enkel op de benedenverdieping voorzien was. Dit was dus zeker een pluspunt. De WiFi werkte niet in het begin maar werd nadien gemaakt. Doorheen de vakantie wel nog enkele malen problemen gehad met verbinding.
Groot huis, mooi zwembad met zout water. Keuken misschien iets te weinig uitgerust (potten/pannen voor 8 personen is aan de krappe kant).
