You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!
This vibrant seaside town offers a base to visit so many places. Take a boat trip from the Historic Harbour to visit the WWII forts or see the bay from a different view point. Enjoy a day at the beach and try your hand at catching crabs from the breakwaters, especially at high tide. Stroll around the beautiful Whitstable Castle grounds with a fun 'pirate' themed play park. or visit the family-friendly local museum. You'll find a wide variety of dining options, and don't forget to enjoy an ice cream on a warm day.
You have access to all areas in the property.
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable lounge and a well-proportioned kitchen-diner. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, along with everything necessary for dining in, whether preparing your own meals or enjoying a takeaway from the numerous local eateries. For your relaxation, you'll also find board games and a Bluetooth speaker.
The ground-floor bathroom includes a toilet, basin, bath, and separate walk-in shower – ideal for refreshing after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, you'll discover two cosy bedrooms: one furnished with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms offer drawers and hanging space.
Outside, a small garden awaits, complete with a table and chairs – an ideal setting for al fresco dining or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening sunshine.
Parking: There is free street parking on and around the surrounding roads.
PLEASE NOTE: as with many houses in Whitstable, the stairs to the first floor are steep, so not recommended for those with mobility issues.
There is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Victoria Street or Gladstone Road car park. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.
The trains from Whitstable railway station can take you to Margate, Broadstairs, Faversham and run direct to London. Whitstable Railway Station is less than 10 mins walk from the house.
Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs.
The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.
