You check in using a key box code. I am however local to the area, so if you need anything or have any questions, I am only a phone call away and a short drive!

You have access to all areas in the property apart from the outhouse.

Even better, you’re just a short stroll from the beach, harbour, boutique shops, and great restaurants. Plus, there is free street parking.
Step inside to a seamless, light-filled ground floor designed with beautiful oak flooring and a wonderful sense of space. The downstairs is completely open-plan, making it a great space for socialising.
Sink into the big, comfy white corner sofa, accented with coastal blues. There’s a flat-screen TV on an oak unit and stylish William Morris-style wallpaper adding a touch of character.
A solid wood dining table sits next to a cool exposed-brick pillar leading out to the garden. Splitting the living and dining areas is an elegant, open wooden staircase.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight, combining traditional character with modern luxury. It features classic wooden worktops, a deep white butler sink with a brushed gold swan-neck tap, and sage-green shaker cabinetry. Fully integrated appliances, a built-in eye-level oven, and a matching retro kettle make cooking a pleasure.
To the rear of the house you will find a handy, stylish wet room with beautiful patterned tiles, a walk-in shower, toilet, a modern bowl sink and a glowing LED mirror.
Step through to your private, sunny pebble garden, framed by contemporary slatted timber fencing for ultimate privacy. It is beautifully equipped with a stylish rattan lounge set, plush cushions, and an outdoor rug—making it an idyllic spot for your morning coffee, a spot of sunbathing, or an evening glass of wine.
Upstairs, you’ll find two lovely, restful double bedrooms.
The front bedroom has a romantic feel with soft pink touches, a beautiful floral feature wall, hanging space and a vintage-style white dressing table.
The rear en-suite bedroom is a bright, calm room featuring a huge, statement gold mirror and a classic white wardrobe.
The large luxury en-suite leads off the bedroom, and is a total sanctuary. It has distressed-pattern tiles, a vintage washstand, and a big freestanding bath right under the window—perfect for a long soak.
Parking: There is free street parking on and around the surrounding roads.
Pebble Cottage is next door to Shell Cottage and The Roost which is convenient for twelve guests to stay in three properties.
Please note: As is typical of many old fisherman's houses in Whitstable, the stairs are steep, although a handrail is provided on one side.
There is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads. The nearest paid parking is Victoria Street car park. You can view the charges on the Canterbury City Council website. Parking can be limited in the high season but once you have parked up, you are close enough to walk into town, beach, shops etc.

There are frequent buses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Harbour Street, High Street, Oxford Street etc.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Whitstable Taxi services are available for short fares or airport runs.
The nearest airports are in London and the nearest Ferry port is in Dover.
