Come relax in comfort in this mid-century ranch style home with a fireplace for cold, winter nights and a pool for hot summer days . Recently updated with new stainless appliances this charming home is in the heart of Midtown offers 3 bedroom 1.5 bath and is close to (FSU), Doak Campbell Stadium, FAMU and TCC. It is also just two minutes from Mission San Luis Park. Just off of West Tennessee St.

-Large 11 led lighted umbrella to provide shade with table and chairs to relax by the pool
-charcoal grill (charcoal not provided unless left by previous guests)
-king sized bed in master suite with half bath
-Queen beds in both additional rooms
-High speed Wi-Fi
-Rinnai inline water heater. (Never run out of hot water)

We stayed at the house for parents weekend at FSU and it was perfect. Great location and the house is clean and very functional. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience with the entire process, ease of booking Owner response And the house was lovely great location, clean, and everything you could possibly need for a week stay. Owner checked in during our stay, which was super. Will definitely rebook we come back. Go Noles

We stayed 4 nights at the house, and overall it was a very nice place. For 2 of us it had plenty of extra room. My wife decided on this house because of the pool, and it did not disapoint. Very relaxing. The house was clean and well stocked upon arrival, nice updated furniture. The master bath is a half bath which could be problematic with a larger group, for us 2 it was fine. Quiet street with plenty to do nearby. Close to the FSU stadium. We would stay here again.
