Rosemary Retreat is a cozy, well set up 3 bedroom, 2 bath home minutes from FSU and FAMU, made for football weekends, parents weekends, graduation and longer stays for visiting faculty and families between homes. It is not a big house, but it lives well: a good sized living room, a dining table that expands when the whole group sits down, two real workspaces and a fenced yard for the dog.
The Living Room
The living room is where everyone lands after the game. A long, comfortable sofa faces a big TV ready for streaming, with wood floors, a ceiling fan and a patterned accent wall that gives the room some personality. On cooler fall and winter evenings, the electric fireplace keeps things cozy (it is an electric fireplace, not a wood burning one).
Dining and Kitchen
The dining area opens right off the living room, with a round table under a chandelier that expands to seat more when you need it, and a sliding glass door out to the screened pool. The bright white kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a real breakfast before kickoff or a family dinner after graduation, plus a little coffee and bar corner on the floating shelves.
Two Real Workspaces
There are two proper desks, so two people can work at the same time without fighting over the kitchen table. The office has a desk, a good lamp and bright art on the walls, and a second desk with its own TV sits in one of the bedrooms. Ultra fast 515 Mbps WiFi covers both.

Three bedrooms with comfortable beds, soft linens and dressers for a longer stay. Traveling with little ones? A crib and a stand alone high chair are ready for you.
Laundry
A full laundry room with a washer and dryer makes a week or a month here easy.
The Yard and Screened Pool
Out back, a long, fully fenced yard under the trees gives your dog room to run, and there is plenty of space to hang out outside on mild Tallahassee days. The screened pool has lounge chairs for sunny afternoons. Please note the pool is not heated, so it is a warm weather pool, best in early fall. Up to two dogs are welcome (up to 65 lbs, $150 pet fee), and service animals are always welcome at no charge.

This is an older property in a well established, quite neighborhood. Well kept.and very clean. Great access to restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was conveniently located near everything we needed and wanted to do. However, the interior of the house could have been better cleaned on the inside and around the pool area was not cleaned at all. I will stay again in the future if the property is available but I would definitely like it cleaned better.
