Private 4 bedroom 2 full bath property with newly fenced in backyard to enjoy the fire pit or kids/pets running around. In a quaint neighborhood centrally located by buzzing restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Plenty of space for parking in 1 car garage, driveway or on a private street.Our house has all the kitchen amenities; convection oven, deep fryer, regular coffee and Keurig machine, stainless steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for all of your baking and dining needs. Only 2 miles from FSU campus. Go Noles!

Beautiful *home* away from home for my family of 6! Close to campus, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, while being in a very quiet and safe location. Truly felt like we could relax, lots of little extras like throw blankets to cozy up on the couch or recliner with! Bathrooms and kitchen well maintained and clean, and love the FSU decor! Communication from the host was fantastic too. Only wish I had known about this home earlier as my youngest just graduated from FSU! Thanks again Tamra!

Beautiful Home located in a great location. This home is absolutely perfect and cozy equipped with everything you could possibly need and close to everything. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Tallahassee.

Perfect location if you’re in town for a football game and is within walking distance to restaurants. The house is really cute and had everything we needed for the weekend…even a crockpot! The host was great and responsive. We’re bookmarking this for future stays!
