About this house rental
5 Bedroom, 4 Bath remodeled Oceanfront beach house with private pool, located in Hermosa Palms; rated one of the top gated communities on the beach in Costa Rica.
The first floor of the main house offers a big open living room area with a giant flatscreen TV, comfy couches and Wi Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with an island/breakfast counter and a kitchen table with seating for 10. A Laundry room with a LG washer/dryer. Off the living room is a bathroom and a large bedroom with a King Bed.
On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms and another living room with a Smart TV and couch. The primary bedroom has a King size Bed and sliding doors that lead to a big balcony that overlooks the ocean and those amazing Pacific Ocean sunsets. The primary has its own large private fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with views of the mountains and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is also a modern bathroom that these two bedrooms share.
Property has a private pool and a large fenced in backyard with beautiful tropical gardens. The perfect place to relax in the shade with your loved ones after a day on the beach or after a day of adventures. Connecting to the backyard is a separate guesthouse with a Queen bed and private bathroom.
Finaly there is a covered top deck on the third floor with a hammock chair where you can enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunsets.
This family friendly beach house is just a few steps away from the beautiful beach of Playa Hermosa. Closest house to the beach. Located 10 drive south from the vibrant town of Jaco, where you can find many restaurants and grocery stores to choose from.
You will also have access to Hermosa Palms Beach Club where you will find a large community pool with different level of depth for the whole family to enjoy. Also not to be missed is Yoyo's built- in bar and restaurant, she makes amazing food and the best refreshing drinks! Perfect for those days where you do not feel like leaving the community.
Roberto our property manager can also help you with organizing transportation, booking tours to see the monkey,
surfing, fishing, ziplining and he knows all the best restaurants. Guests always say that Roberto is fully available to help in anyway and he speaks English, Italian, German and Spanish fluently.

The home is beautiful and clean! The views of the ocean off the roof were perfect for the daily surf checks. The community pool and YoYo’s swim-up bar/restaurant were perfect to chill and hang. The food and drinks are delicious. And Roberto, the property manager, is a rockstar! So incredibly accommodating and provided us with excellent recommendations for both food and tours. Everyone in our group was comfortable and had a great time!

We have been visiting Costa Rica since the late 1900s lol. Playa Hermosa has been a home away from home. We decided it was time to show our children why we fell in love with Costa Rica. We rented this house with another family and the bedrooms fit us perfectly. The pool was nice for a quick dip, but the beach club pool with the yo-yo’s swim up bar and restaurant won us over.. it was our favorite place to hang out and the food and drinks were amazing. Every evening around five or six all the residents would go to the beach and watch the sunset while the kids ran around and played and everyone hung out. The community was very safe and the house was beautiful. I have been renting vacation homes for a very long time and this is the first one where the property manager felt like one of our friends. Roberto is amazing. He was so helpful with planning activities and all his recommendations were on point. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms and he worked tirelessly to get it repaired as quickly as possible.. I have already recommended this house to a handful of friends because it was everything we wanted and more.
