About this apartment rental
Casa Sunset is a lovely private house steps to the beach in the southern end of Jaco, where you can experience wonderful sunsets in the evening. The private courtyard with pool is ideal for gatherings with friends and family! The house was recently completely renovated. The first floor features an open living room and kitchen with dining area. There is also 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor. The second floor features 3 more bedrooms with private baths. So, plenty open areas to spend with family or friends, but many private space to enjoy some alone time.
The house has a private gated entrance and parking for 2-3 cars. The courtyard is completely private and has a bbq area as well.

Bedroom 2 - queen
Bedroom 3 - queen - double
Bedroom 4 - queen - twin
Bedroom 5. - double - double & twin
The house is locally managed by Jaco Realty. So, if you need any help during your trip, they are there to assist.

Reviewer Comments:
The place was great and not that far from the strip. We would take an uber to the strip and it was only like 3 or 4 dollars every time. We really enjoyed it, we had a small issue with the water not working one night. It was so late at night so it wasn't a huge issue. The next morning it was on and we didn't have that problem again, unlocking the gate to get onto the property can be a pain!! Other than that, we really enjoy this property a lot.
