Jean Luca is the perfect host, the communication with him was easy, he was in touch before the arrival, explained how to get into the property, gave us excellent recommendations about which places to visit, how to get there, which restaurants to go to, met us in front of the property and explained everything, his place is nice

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città a piedi in 15 minuti di camminata leggera.
Facilità di parcheggio auto in zona ma tutto a pagamento.
Vicinanza di un parcheggio con la possibilità di pagare un abbonamento giornaliero di 15 euro consigliato dal proprietario dell'alloggio.
Alloggio bello e funzionale con tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Ci ha molto facilitato la presenza di lavatrice, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata.
Gianluca è stato gentilissimo e disponibile indicandoci ristoranti, luoghi caratteristici e anche su come muoverci consigliandoci itinerari panoramici per raggiungere le altre destinazioni che avevamo in programma (sempre in Toscana) una volta lasciato l'alloggio.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Sehr netter Vermieter der uns noch viele Tipps gegeben hat. Lage super nah zum Zentrum, Bus und Stassenbahn nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, zu Fuß bis zum Dom ca. 15 Gehminuten. Wohnung sauber, bequeme Matratze, Küche mit allem was man braucht, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet, Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Wohnung im 2.Stock mit Aufzug an einer viel befahrenen Straße, deswegen laut bei offenen Fenstern. Das ist der einzige Nachteil wenn man möglichst nah am Zentrum sein will. Insgesamt war es perfekt für unseren Städtetrip und absolut zu empfehlen.
