Manthra Leisure

We really enjoyed our stay at Manthra leisure! The staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in kandy! Mr.udesh arranged a private tour for us and brought us to multiple spots in Kandy including the tea factory! and Chandima arranged breakfast and dinners for us at our request! Room was big and very clean. They even gave us a souvenir on check out! A really nice touch!

The location is totally fine and the cancellation policy is very friendly

To be honest, we cannot really rate the stay. But here’s our experience: when we arrived unfortunately no one was at the reception or answered our calls (we searched for the staff in the lobby and upstairs for the check-in). Probably everyone was busy or on break. The hotel seemed empty. After waiting 15 min, we decided to leave and book something else as this has not given us the best feeling. The lobby looked a little like its past its best years and there was a dead fish in the aquarium glass. We want to highlight that we cannot rate the stay or rooms directly. On photos and other reviews it looked good.
