Piumara Residence

日本語を少し話せるサンダリさんという可愛らしい女性がいて、色々良くしてくださいました。お部屋は公式の写真の通り清潔で素敵です。パジャマ、ティッシュとシャンプーが無いので持参必須。朝食はフルーツたっぷりで嬉しかったです！丘の上にあるので街の喧騒から離れて静かに過ごせる上、車でもtuktukでもアクセス可能。シーツのことでちょっとしたトラブルがありましたが、すぐに対応・解決してくださいました。温かいサービスでした！ We had a really good time at Piumara Residence. The room was the same as on official pictures. High roof, big and comfortable bed. Air conditioning, hot water, kettle and towels. Various fruits for breakfast. Nice view and silence because it’s located on the hill, but still has good access by car or tuktuk. We had a tiny problem with our linen on the first day but they reacted very quickly!:) Thank you so much for welcoming and heartful service!❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Piumara Residence, Kandy. From the moment we arrived, the staff warmly welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink and big smiles. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always ready to support with anything we needed. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a big balcony offering a beautiful view. Sitting on the balcony during sunset while drinking coffee was truly relaxing. In the morning, the cool, natural air made the stay even more special. The room had a large smart TV, comfortable bed, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. The location is perfect — walking distance to the Temple of the Tooth and Kandy Lake, which made sightseeing very easy. Overall, a peaceful place with great hospitality, beautiful views, and a homely feeling. Highly recommended! I will definitely visit again.

Las vistas son muy chulas. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal un 10/10. Tenian nevera. Balcon con vistas.

Nos dieron una habitacion y no iba el agua caliente. Rapido nos lo solucionaron con otra habitacion, pero el baño estaba descuidado, las camas eran individuales (somos pareja) y entraba mucha luz por las mañanas.
