Melik

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location, surrounded by wonderful scenery. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious!

The kitchen closes at 7 PM, which seems quite strange for a hotel with its own restaurant. The bar and reception also close at 8:30 PM. During our stay, there was a power surge that triggered the security alarm. Our room was on the ground floor, and the alarm kept sounding loudly for an entire hour. It was not only very disturbing but also quite frightening, as we had no idea whether there was a serious emergency. We tried calling all the phone numbers displayed at reception, but nobody answered. Eventually, I found the owner's phone number on Booking.com and called directly, and the issue was resolved. However, the whole situation was rather strange and concerning, especially since there was no staff available to help.

Miros neplacut de canalizare in odaie.
