Personalul foarte amabil, am primit si un mic upgrade. Totul nou, renovat cu gust intr-o vila istorica.
Daca e foarte cald va trebui sa lasati pornit AC-ul care e prea zgomotos pentru un somn linistitor. Acest lucru poate fi ameliorat printr-un ventiloconvector mai silentios.

a fost foarte relaxant, curat, gazdele primitoare, patul foarte confortabil, totul la indemana., locatie excelenta, in centru, lacul ursu foarte aproape. ne vom intoarce cu siguranta!! recomandam

El sitio
El baño no desaguaba bien y sobretodo el desayuno que se hace en un restaurante de delante NEFASTO: sucio, mala calidad y personal inoperante. Es una lástima que tengan convenio con este sitio poque desmerece y mucho el alojamiento.

Loved the fact that we benefited from an upgrade. Even if we didn’t, I would have also given the maximum grade because we truly enjoyed our stay there. Hope we are going to spend more than just one night, the next time we are in Sovata. I will also make a suggestion, if I may. The villa’s guests will be even more pleased if they will be able to have breakfast at the accommodation not at a nearby restaurant.
