Locația , curățenie , camera și zona de spa a super , personalul și de seară și de dimineață foarte drăguți și service minded . Am fost cazați la etajul 5 cu o priveliște superbă , adaug poze .

Nimic , totul a fost super .

The staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They allowed an early check-in which was very helpful for our travel plans. The room was very comfortable and they arranged comfortable extra beds for our children. The location was central and perfect for everything we wanted to do in town. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for picking this hotel after several days hiking on the Via Transilvanica.

The staff were really nice. The food was also amazing. They have a small playroom in the restaurant, just perfect for families with kids.

The carpet in the room should have been hoovered better.

The included breakfast offers diverse options featuring fresh local tasty dishes. Staff are promptly to respond at customers' requests. The dinner was also great. Local gastronomy fulfilled long time awaited childhood memories.

Parking facilities, although free, are awkward. There is a gated designated parking lot, across the street from the hotel. To get in and out, one has to call hotel reception on a cell phone number in order to open the gate. Didn't work for me when I tried the system next morning. Question: what if one does not have a cell phone?
