Personal and their behavior. When I arrive and call the reception to indicate where do I park, they told me that there a no rooms available, instead that I received booking.com previous confirmation. I told them to resolve the situation, finally they find an available room, without any waiting. My impression was that they didn't want to realy rent availabilities.

Quiet, clean.
Check-in procedure. They ask for copy of my ID Card, they keep a printed copy.... This IS NOT LEGAL !!! They should extract the required data and that's it. Keeping a hard printed copy can lead to identity theft and other abuses. I'll ask them to remove that copy. If they refuse, I'll make a legal procedure. ... Too bad the location is quiet and clean...

The stuff was indifferent and the location with the restaurant looked almost as being closed when we arrived. Tomb silence… After we’ve asked the kind guy from the reception, we had some music for our dinner.
