Prime Central London Residences

Location was great, apartment was clean.

Small, especially compared to the advert. No AC and it was more muggy in the apartment than outside.

The property is in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from Regent and Oxford Street, so great for exploring and getting around London! From making the initial booking communication was swift and clear with how to access the property. We were able to drop our bags off prior to the check in time which was really handy and provided with details for bag drop services once our stay had ended, which included a nice little discount code too!

Given the recent weather and extreme heat, although fans were provided, these weren’t of great quality but we managed. The tv remote didn’t work, so we needed to replace the batteries. But in all fairness these things didn’t detract from the lovely time we had!

Die Lage ist einfach toll, sehr zentral. Man kommt zu Fuß sehr schnell zur Oxford Street und Carnaby Street. Mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sind sehr nah dran. Eine unglaubliche Dichte von Cafés und Restaurants aller Preiskategorien. Sehr schnell ist man auch beim Tesco Supermarkt. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben sie als sehr komfortabel empfunden. Zu viert wäre es ein bisschen eng, könnte ich mir vorstellen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet z.B. gibt es nicht nur einen Kühlschrank sondern auch einen TK-Bereich, was in Ferienwohnungen nicht selbstverständlich ist, Waschmaschine gibt’s auch. Von außen, also von der Straße her, war alles wunderbar ruhig.

Es war alles gut gereinigt, aber die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Wenn die Wohnung oben drüber frei ist, ist es recht ruhig (man hört natürlich im Erdgeschoss jedes Mal wenn die Haustür laut ins Schloss fällt. ) In einer Nacht waren die Leute im 1. Stock bis 3 Uhr nachts wach. Sie haben nichts besonders Störendes getan, sind nur rumgelaufen, haben geduscht, sind zur Toilette gegangen, aber alle Geräusche hat man sehr deutlich gehört: die Toilettenspülung, die Lüftung im Bad, das Duschwasser, jeden einzelnen Schritt. Das war doch etwas störend.

Very small, yes it's London and most places are not very big, but the photos are a very misleading. For instance, you cant open the door in the living room fully because the couch blocks the door from fully opening. We had 3 people in our stay and were constantly in each others way. cant fit 2 suitcases in any of the bedrooms, The cooling was ineffective (small gripe), the bathroom steams up when taking a shower (small fan doesn't do the job), only an electric razor outlet in bathroom, girls couldn't use hair dryer etc. the stand alone toilet is very small (knees almost touch the door when using), one bedroom and the lounge doors wont close (locks broken). for the prices they are asking i at least expected there was enough space for 3 adults to comfortably move around.
