Location. Location. Location! The flat sits on a quiet street near really good restaurants, bakeries, and pubs. If you like chocolate there is a really wonderful spot, Italian Bear Chocolate, just down the lane.It’s within easy distance to Tube stations and bus stops and within reasonable walking distance to SoHo theaters, restaurants, and shopping. Bonus was that we were able to take the Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Tottenham Court tube station.The flat was well appointed for a family. We found the access to a washer a must traveling with 2 teens and we were so grateful for the generous supplies of coffee pods, soap and washing detergent on hand so we didn’t have to immediately run out to replenish essential items. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and they made it super easy to be able to meet up to check in. All in all, we had an excellent experience and it was a cozy spot from which to explore the city.The only quibble I have is that the listing states that it has AC portable units and what it really has are evaporative cooling fans, which isn’t quite the same thing. A more detailed description should be included in the listing so travelers are not caught unawares. Generally the fans did the trick but our first night was a bit warm because we arrived at the end of a heatwave. If you are heat sensitive, just be aware.

Overall a good visit. Check in was a breeze. Very clean upon arrival. Location is fantastic with so many attractions within walking distance. The flat could use a refresh. The UK king beds listed are pretty small by US standards. The “air cooled” should not be mistaken for air conditioned or central air. It was quite warm at night in July which made it tough to get to sleep. Also, a dryer is listed but none was available.
