Excellent location- 5min walk to Elizabeth Line means we can get to East London really quickly (Shoreditch; new V&A East/ Olympic Park venues) aswell as walking to Soho, Marylebone, and West End. The One Bed flat ( G1) is at the front of the building on the ground floor, but has triple glazed windows and is raised above the street so it was quiet, not overlooked, and felt quite safe. The bedroom, at the rear, was lovely and quiet. We could open all the windows.
We could hear sudden loud noises, and banging, above the livingroom. It was probably kids running about on the wooden floor. It's an old building without soundproofing between ceilings/floors. The "sofa" was actually a single bed and was "made up" with bedding. We had to try and create a sofa, but it wasn't as comfortable as a real "sofabed".

Great location. Beautiful building and very lovely flat in a great part of town.
Quite a few stairs but not really an issue.

Narrow stairwell for luggage and pushchair but would not put us off stating again.
