Has potential needs improvement quickly

Lots of space very big apartment. Ideally located

No hot water no matter what we did with heating instructions. Half the lamps and lights don’t work. Showers were very poor no pressure or hot water. Mouldy windows and behind the sink. Sink tap very wobbly. 5 adults and hardly no toilet roll had to go buy this along with most things you expected. No sugar and only a few tea bags. Towels and sheets were poor quality

4 of us stayed within this property and all liked it. Was very central, property was tidy, good response from owner when contacted, I had mailed over the reviews and owner assured me problems had been fixed to what of my stay had been they were, beds were clean bathrooms etc…

Such a late check in, with such and early check out, kitchen/dining area cold during evening time, rooms and hall way were warm from central heating but no heat source within kitchen, showers wouldn’t heat up or we just couldn’t figure them out but it had a bath so alls well,

Would not recommend

This flat was such a disappointment perfect location for us as a group to stay in the city centre BUT it was clearly not looked after, door handle which was in a review from much earlier in the year was still stuck on with tape no mattress protectors no clean dish towel ( it was found dirty inside the cupboard) dirty carpets in various areas mould in the shower what appeared to be blood on the bathroom blind. This flat could be such a wee treasure if it were cleaned.

The lounge/diner was double aspect- a huge room but had no heating source. Ordinarily that wouldn’t be a problem but we arrived during storm Amy and the wind was blowing a gale. Obviously a listed building so no double glazing. The rest of the apartment was very warm.

Overall, this was poor value for money, badly maintained, and misleadingly advertised. I do not recommend staying here.

Central location . Spacious rooms

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This was one of the worst stays I’ve had and absolutely not worth the money. There was no heating and no hot water for the entire 3 days, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. No instructions for the heating system were provided either. The property itself was in terrible condition: • Bedroom had no bin, no proper mirror (only a broken face mirror), stains on the carpet, and a broken bedside lamp. • Bathroom was dirty, with mould in the shower, a broken sink plug, and no shower gel. • Kitchen had a broken mixer tap, no hot water, no pot towel, and even the bin was broken. To make matters worse, the listing didn’t mention the property is right opposite a school, so expect noise during the day.

I booked this accommodation for a special birthday - I was very disappointed and expected better.

Location was good

Non of the previous issues from the past 9 months had been addressed. Still broken door handle on the inside of loo door, dirty kitchen - toaster, cutlery drawer, cupboard, poorly equipped, broken light fitting in bedroom, trip hazard with excess cables in living room, no heating in living room, not convinced that the boiler had been recently serviced, rubbish in cupboards, no instructions, shall I go on? And where is the balcony?

Nice location but not a very nice accommodation to stay in.

Location was convenient in the centre of Glasgow.

Inside door handle held on by sellotape. Both plugs in both showers were blocked so after the first use it flooded the bathroom. We had to put bleach and hot water from the kettle down both to allow water to go down. Also Connor water for a while either.

Very disappointed in the level of cleanliness

The pictures of the accommodation is what attracted us to the property

The property did not live up to the pictures. The apartment was filthy, we had to wash plates and utensils before use. We did not cook as the oven was filthy. There was dust all over property. When looking for remote control lifted cushions and was shocked at how filthy it was. Bedroom 2 , the seat at end of bed had the feet positioned not secured, resulting in one of our party falling. We were surprised at the toilet door handle being repaired with sellotape. Furnishing throughout the property were in a state of disrepair

Easy distance from city centre

It was not clean. Stains on the bed covers, the carpets. Mouldy shower. Broken blinds, curtains falling off. Musty smell. Generally grubby. Shame the flat has great potential

Very central and great location , no heating working , very cold for the few days , luckily we found a blow heater, no hot water either had to boil kettle to do dishes,

Value for money

Plenty of space and a taxi ride from the city centre

Had to remind this company to give me my deposit back which was 4 weeks later! No heating in the living room, we had to ask for a heater which was delivered 8 hours later. Could have been better equipped for example no tea towels.

The flat was very spacious and in a good location close to the city centre, however, it is badly in need of some care and attention on the maintenance and cleanliness side.

Carpets and bedding badly stained Kitchen tap loose Door handles and drawer handles loose and not secured Chipped cup No kitchen towel for drying dishes, had to use kitchen roll No additional toilet roll Storage drawers in bedrooms not clean, old food items found No operating instruction for TV or boiler Good large flat although very tired badly in need of some TLC.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Die Lage war super und die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Gegenüber liegt eine Grundschule, was unsere Kinder begeistert hat. Die Hop-on-and-off Busse fahren keine 10 Minuten entfernt los. In den vorherigen Bewertungen hieß es, dass Wasser würde nicht warm. Bei uns war alles in Ordnung. Man muss eben die Einstellungen bedienen können. Kein Problem also. Sauber war es auch, wenn eben schon etwas verlebt. Bei einem weißen Boden sieht man Flecken schneller. Keine Frage, aber es war alles sauber.

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Wasserhahn in der Küche, dessen Armatur lose war, nicht leckte, aber stark wackelte. Auch der Türgriff einer Toilette war nur eher notdürftig repariert.
