Una settimana a Roma, quartiere tranquillo, diversi ristoranti in zona, supermercato, farmacia, tutto il necessario al massimo 15 minuti a piedi, inclusa la metro A fermata Cipro. Appartamento moderno e pulito dotato di aria condizionata. 2 camere spaziose, balconcino. 2 bagni con doccia, cucina semi completa (senza forno). Lavatrice in balcone utile per lunghi soggiorni.

Abbiamo avuto per tutta la settimana problemi con la temperatura della doccia, poca pressione e diversi giorni per capire come far rimanere la temperatura dell'acqua buona per farsi la doccia. Al termine del nostro soggiorno sembra che sia stato risolto da un'idraulico.

Rooms were clean and the administration was very helpful . Sanna our administrator was exceptionally helpful . Nice space could be better is also have a living room especially if you have kids or going with family .

he flat is ideally located, within walking distance of Vatican City (about 20 minutes on foot). The Cipro station on Metro Line A is also only about a 5-minute walk away. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as affordable options such as gyros, pizza takeaway, and other fast-food choices. La Cannoleria Siciliana is a great place to eat nearby, and their cakes and desserts are especially delicious. I also recommend visiting Paciotti Salumeria if you enjoy high-quality food. They sell excellent cheeses, sausages, salamis, hams, bread, wine, and other local specialties. It's a perfect place to buy ingredients for a delicious dinner at home. The flat is actually better than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The two bathrooms are a great advantage. We were travelling as a family with three children, so having two bathrooms was extremely useful. The apartment was very clean. Communication was easy from the very beginning, both with Sanna and Sophia. I highly recommend this place.

The only negative thing was the shower water temperature. It was difficult to adjust, constantly changing from cold to hot, so it required frequent readjustment. We had no problems with this booking, but I would like to share my experience to warn others about accommodation scams in Rome and Booking.com's poor handling of them. Before booking this apartment, we booked another flat near the Colosseum (4 nights for €580). It seemed suspicious because the owner wanted payment through a separate website. I informed Booking.com and mentioned reviews claiming it was a scam, but I only received automated responses. I cancelled before paying. I then booked a second apartment (4 nights for €980, non-refundable). A week before our trip, I noticed a recent 1-star review calling it a scam. I tried repeatedly to contact the owner, but only reached a voicemail system. Another 1-star review appeared the next day with the same warning. At that point, it became clear we had been scammed. We later discovered that €919.56 had already been charged through a different payment name, making the transaction difficult to identify. I immediately blocked my card. Looking back, there were several warning signs: Check reviews on a computer, not only on a phone, as you can see more details. Many 10/10 reviews were for one-night stays only, posted one after another by supposedly different guests from different countries. Read older reviews too; I later found previous 1-star reviews describing the same scam. Be cautious with properties that have fewer than 100 reviews. I reported everything to Booking.com, but received only automated responses. Both fraudulent listings are still online when I checked. Because we were travelling with three children and could not risk being left without accommodation, we searched for another option and found Sanna's apartment. Communication was immediate after booking, and everything worked perfectly. Be very careful when booking in Rome.

No hot water on the first night and told to wait until the next day for a solution. I had to fight to force the host to show me where the boiler was so I can fix the problem. I wasn’t going to shower my kids with cold water. He was not empathetic at all and even asked why I was upset. Then had the audacity to ask me to rate my experience a 10. Unbelievable! I also asked to speak to the owner but he refused. I can go one with more details, but it’s not worth my time.
