    This hotel is listed as a 4-star property, but in my opinion, it’s closer to a 2-star at best. The room was minimally equipped—only two bath towels were provided, with no hand towels, face towels, or even tissues. When we requested a second key, the receptionist reluctantly provided one and warned us—quite bluntly—that a lost key would incur a 100,000 VND replacement fee. The attitude was unnecessary and unwelcoming. The bathroom was another disappointment. The caulking was moldy, and the door and frame looked old and dirty, giving the space an overall poorly maintained feel. The lobby is fairly spacious, but sparsely furnished, and what furniture is there appears worn, with visible tears. I had specifically booked a garden-view room, but instead was given a view of rooftops. When I asked about it, the receptionist told me there is no garden at the hotel and suggested that Agoda should update their listing—something that should have been addressed long before guests are misled. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth the stay.

    Bamboo is surrounded by many places to eat, drink and chill. Can never go hungry here. The hotel also supplies a buffet breakfast for the guests. The place is clean for it's age, a little old and some maintenance could help.

    Booked via Agoda but when reached, customer service say can't find booking. Show booking email also mentioned can't find. Luckily, still allow proceed to get our room
