Excellent location in the historical center and 15 minutes walk from the train station La Spezia Centrale.
Very clean apartment where you can find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, also equipped with a very efficient A/C.
Despite the apartment being located in the attic, you have a beautiful view of the harbor (through a large skylight/rooftop window).
Would have appreciated more comfortable chairs.
A relaxation area could be arranged, from where you can easily see the sea.
