The location is perfect — very well connected by buses, and there’s also a tube station nearby. I used both, and they worked perfectly. Buses are frequent, and there are plenty of options to reach different areas of London. There are also many stops close to the residence. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with Victoria Park just around the corner and a canal for a pleasant walk if you have the time. The residence itself is also very quiet. Probably because it wasn’t high season, there were very few people during my stay (10 nights), and I was able to sleep well. There’s also a grocery store just a few steps away, which is very convenient. Overall, this is a student residence, not a hotel, so what you get is a simple room with a bed, a bathroom, and Wi-Fi. There’s no decoration like in the pictures, no access to common areas, and no TV. That said, considering the price, it’s a better option than a hostel and more affordable than a hotel.

Many reviews mention the cleanliness of the place, and yes, they are absolutely right. What I keep asking myself is: why? You manage a nice property in a great location, so why lose focus on something as important as cleanliness? I’ll even share a picture from my first day showing the condition of the hallway when I arrived. Another point: why do you show pictures of the common areas if guests are not allowed to use them? It would be more honest to only include pictures of the rooms. On my first day, the receptionist told me very clearly that I could use the kitchen. Later, when I double-checked by email, I was told that the information was incorrect and that I could even be fined if I did so. Again, if you have the infrastructure, why restrict it? As a guest, I felt as if I were committing a crime just for using the kettle. Honestly, that’s not the kind of feeling you want to have when you’re on holiday.

pulizia completamente assente, le camere hanno pareti senza insonorizzazione, potevo sentire qualunque parola o rumore nelle stanze accanto e purtroppo i miei vicini parlavano a voce alta tutta la notte. Ho chiesto alla reception di intervenire ma non è cambiato nulla
