The room was good for me and my daughter. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were very neat and clean. Overall, a pleasant stay. We did enjoy it and we felt safe.
Wi-Fi was a bit of a challenge, as signal were very, very weak in the room where we stayed. There was however not enough cutlery for 2 people. something small though Plugs behind the bed for the fridge and kettle and Microwave is not secured and keep on disconnecting every time you touch the bed.

I booked family room but was told it wasn't available but alternate venue was offered and it exceeded my expectations. I would have given them excellent on everything but after the cleaning ladies cleaned the house we were staying in, I couldn't find my daughter's school sports shirt which I reported to Nozipho(the lady that works at the Lodge). She said she would check with the cleaners and get back to me. This was almost a month ago and I'm still waiting to hear from her.
Because I didn't actually stay at the lodge, it's difficult to rate anything there.
