The bedding was impeccably clean and comfy.They also had a heater in the room to use at your convenience.Staff was super friendly and helpful.They also gave me a choice of 2 rooms to choose from.The commune was very clean.
*The tea supplies (sugar, teabags)were not covered and were exposed and stored inside a cup
*The shower was blocked and water couldn't go down the drain freely(informed caretaker)
*The bathroom sink was leaking underneath. Everytime you opened the outlet/drain, water dripped to the floor.
*one of the cups was smudged and not clean

It was easy to locate, and noise free.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom, a proper handle to hang the wash towels. There was a leak of water from the basin I think because I noticed water from below the basin cupboard. There was no access to TV.
