Sehr schöne, geräumige, moderne und hervoragend ausgestattete Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken. Alles neu und sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett. Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich relativ gut abdunkeln. Der Vermieter war jederzeit schnell ansprechbar. Das Stadtzentrum von Riga ist mit dem Bus gut erreichbar, eine Haltestelle liegt weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Durch das Kopfsteinpflaster ist es nicht ganz ruhig, ich konnte aber trotzdem gut schlafen, in der Straße ist vor allem Nachts auch relativ wenig Verkehr. Das Badezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht ganz öffnen (nur kippen) und hat keine Milchglasscheibe. Das ist aber kein Problem, da von gegenüber keiner reinschauen kann. Die Außenfassade und das Treppenhaus sind nicht so ansprechend.
