GREEN Apartment

Great location for those with a car as you can park for free and it's only a 14 min walk to the house of Blackheads. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped for cooking. The owner leaves their parking permit for the guest to be able to park their vehicle right outside the property. Best option i saw for people driving into Riga if you'd like to save on parking

Its not a complaint but the ventilation could be better.

Cosy and clean. Found everything we needed for the say. Went on foot to the centre, it's on the other side of the bridge (~20 min). Has a parking, not too many free spots but I managed to find. The owner was very sweet - I left an item and agreed to ship it to Lithuania! Great comunication :)

A few facilities weren't working properly, for example bathroom door, kitchen sink. But it wasn't too bad, we managed.

Excellent value for the money. Very modern, clean apartment in a nice neighbourhood.

The accommodation itself would be great, very good central location and yet quiet, very nicely furnished apartment, comfortable bed.....BUT when we opened the door to the apartment, a really musty smell hit us. At first we thought the smell was coming from the drain, but that wasn't the case. For the entire 2-day stay, it smelled like a damp cellar, I don't know if it was the smell of mold! When we were in the room, we always aired it out, but that is difficult with these windows, especially when they are still half covered with foil due to renovation work, and we also had an army of mosquitos in the room. Even after we left, my clothes smelled musty afterwards at home after this stench.
