Vienīgais pluss: laba atrašānās vieta - tuvu centram un visai infrastruktūrai.
- Dzīvoklis atrodas kopmītņu ēkā ar briesmīgu kāpņu telpu. - Dzīvoklis nav kārtīgi tīrīts un mēbeļu virsmas ir taukainas. - Duškabīnei nav sienu, bet aizskars, kurš ar grūtībām veras ciet, ūdens dušā uzreiz neaiziet - aizsērējusies caurule. - Nav dūmu detektora. - Par 50 eur dienā noteikti var atrast labāku variantu palikšanai Ogrē.
