Incredible views and total privacy! The cottage was the perfect size: cozy but not too small. We really loved our stay here.

On a dû attendre 23h pour procéder au règlement alors qu’on est arrivé à 19h… les verres étaient sales et il y avait des serviettes mouillées dans la machine à laver

It’s a dream bungalow with an incredible view and all the comforts you need. The owners are helpful and responsive. It is located on the outskirts of town, making it perfectly insulated from any noise

Blackout curtains in the bedroom are an absolute must. I understand the mountain view and everything, but guests who want to sleep in total darkness should be able to do so. Furthermore, there are spotlights in the garden that stay on at night, disturbing the darkness. It’s a pity such a small detail hasn't been addressed, as it would make this otherwise fantastic accommodation truly flawless

Overall facilities is new.

-Heater is not that warm for kazbegi winter. -checkin checkout procedure is not clear. -some facility is dangerous, the bolt is protruded on upper floor fencing. I have cut my palm from that.
