Located in the center of Kazbegi, the hotel offers a lodge-style stay in individual cottages with a great view of Mt. Kazbegi right from the downstairs sofa. The hotel features a spacious garden with hammocks where kids can relax and play before or after a hike. The owner even set up a campfire for us upon request, making our stay in the mountains truly memorable. He is also very helpful with local advice on visiting spots like Juta, and can even arrange a taxi for your trips. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, but it is a good idea to buy groceries before leaving Tbilisi or other large cities as the local selection is limited. Kazbegi Good Food is a great choice for lunch or dinner with very reasonable prices.
