Villa Elia

I don’t know where to begin. I loved absolutely everything. A group of 3 ladies out for an adventure and this place was our base. And what a base! Waking up in the calm of the morning to the cicadas… driving off and the old lady at the end of the road sending us kisses with a little Kalimera! The beautiful view, the stunning decoration of the house, the kitchen which is beautiful and practical and the owners who went above and beyond to make every moment easier. I have been so many times to Corfu and love the place so much but this was made just that little more special.

That we had to leave it.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, direkt auf einem Hügel mit herrlichem Blick von der Terrasse aus auf's Meer. Genau richtig zum erholen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einige gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind auch mehrere schöne Strände nicht weit. Ebenso zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

The views were unbelievable!

The house is more suited for more guests, I suppose it could be improved is there was a living room. But the garden was pretty good and kinda of functioned as this kind of space. Ultimately having an indoor space would come at the expense of a bedroom and if we came with more people we'd probably want the extra bedroom. But because we came earlier in the year when the weather was bad and it was only two of us during our trip it would have been nice for our circumstances. (Sorry probably not that helpful). Maybe an instruction manual for the flat would have been useful, how it get into WiFi, use the AC and clean the shower plug if it gets blocked, etc?
