Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżko, wystarczające wyposażenie kuchni, bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym.

ponure wejście do mieszkania, położenie w na parterze, brak wystarczającej ilości światła i okna wychodzące wyłącznie na na klatkę schodową, dają poczucie pobytu w suterynie.

El departamento es muy acogedor y se valora mucho el que se haya podido regular la temperatura ya que los días que estuvimos hizo mucho frio y dentro del departamento estaba lindo. El espacio es muy cómodo y la cocina y el baño están bien. Un plus tener el lavarropas.. aunque podrían cambiar el tender que tiene las varillas rotas. Otra cosa a destacar es que nos dejaron café, té, azúcar y sal para tener los básicos para el desayuno y si queríamos cocinar estaba muy completa la cocina, solo le agregaría una tostadora. También estaban los elementos para el lavarropas.

Nos costó regular el agua caliente, se enfriaba muy rápidamente. La entrada al departamento da un poco de miedo, pero luego está todo como en las fotos.

Un bon logement, propre, bien équipé.

The positive aspects of the apartment are that it is very close to the city center and reasonably clean inside.

The negative aspects are that the apartment is very dark, has a lot of humidity, and the entire room smells of mold. The only way to deal with it is to keep the air conditioner running all day in dehumidification mode so that the mold smell is not as strong. There is virtually no soundproofing—not so much from the street, since the room is located deep inside on the ground floor, but from the building’s hallway and the upper floors. You can see from the photos how poor the condition of the building entrance is from the entrance all the way to the room. I paid almost €500 for 4 nights, and the stay was very mediocre. I do not recommend this apartment. Very unpleasant experience.
