"close to all, wlaking distance to many things. good space, it was roomy. nice kitchen. FYI you need to be aware that you need to lug up your luggage up to the 6th floor, travel light."

La posizione, la pulizia
• Non era chiaro nell’atto della prenotazione che la tassa di soggiorno era esclusa. Ho prenotato con tasse e costi inclusi e poi mi è stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno altrimenti non avrei avuto i dati per poter accedere alla struttura. L’host non risponde mai al telefono, solo tramite messaggi e neanche prontamente. • Non c’era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua a disposizione all’arrivo. • il check in online è abbastanza lungo e fastidioso da fare.

Ottima la posizione. Cura dei dettagli. Adatto a una coppia al massimo con un figlio piccolo.
La pulizia della doccia più accurata, soprattutto lo scarico dell’acqua e le piastrelle. Bidet da cambiare perché venato. Cuscini scomodi da cambiare. Forse visto il prezzo durante la Fiera del libro, mettere due bottiglie di acqua a disposizione degli ospiti.

Gute Raumaufteilung. Sehr sauber. Gute Lage im Zentrum und nicht allzu weit vom Bahnhof. Bequemes Bett. Als das wifi nicht mehr funktionierte, war der Gastgeber Raffaello sofort erreichbar und kümmerte sich so schnell wie möglich um das Problem.
Fürs Check-in müssen recht aufwändig die persönlichen Daten per internet eingegeben werden (konnte von zu Hause aus erledigt werden). Ist dafür eine sichere Art zur Übermittlung der Daten. Wie heutzutage immer üblicher, ein unpersönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Küche etwas knapp bestückt, aber für uns reichte es.
