Perfect!!!

The room and the room service was amazing and the owner was very kind and helpful and he also gave us many recommendations on where to go. The hotel is at the heart of the city with dozens of restaurants and bars, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby, the beach is just 2 steps away and at the same building there are very nice restaurants. The room was very clean and there is service whenever you ask. There is a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, air conditioner in every room and free WiFi. You can also pay by card there, while many stores in Sarandë don’t have POS. We definitely recommend it!

Amazing view and great host!

Everything was great. The location, the apartment, the host (available at all times)! The sea view was fantastic where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning! The price was also great for what was offered and the location!

There was only one small elevator for so many apartments. There were also some very noisy neighbours which is not connected to the apartment.

Honestly, just a great place to stay!

We had a really great stay! The room was super clean, freshly renovated, and had everything we needed. It’s right by the street, so it was a bit noisy in the evening, but honestly, being so close to the beach made it totally worth it. The location is perfect. Huge thanks to Adrian he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were there for two nights, and everything was spotless and well taken care of.

Accogliente appartamento grande bella cucina con tutti i confort posizione top con tutto a portata di mano Ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo con ascensore a pagamento a 5€ al giorno ma ne vale la pena soldi spesi bene

L odore di cucina fin dalla mattina dei ristoranti sotto hotel a volte non si poteva stare fuori in balcone e bisognava tenere le finestre chiuse

Voor gezinnen geen geschikte locatie.

Hele vriendelijke ontvangst. Fijn dat je de auto in de parkeergarage kunt zetten. (Ingang van de garage ligt aan de achterkant van het hotel). De kamer ziet er mooi uit en heeft een leuk balkon

Wij zijn in best wat grote steden geweest op de wereld maar nergens hebben we zoveel herrie ervaren als hier. Zelfs met oordoppen is het niet te doen en het gaat de hele nacht door. We zouden 2 nachten blijven maar zijn na 1 slapeloze nacht vertrokken.

Vriendelijke gastheer en prima kamer

Super vriendelijke gastheer. Ook een fijne parkeerplek, het zou zonder parkeerplek lastig zijn geweest om te parkeren in de stad.

Hotel had een fijne locatie alleen hadden wij veel last van de geluiden van de stad. Wij sliepen op de begaande grond. Kamer was prima maar niet mega schoon.

Wauw en perfect voor ons!

Een zeer nette, ruime en vooral brandschone appartement aan het strand met zij zeezicht aan het gezellige boulevard met tal van eet/drinkgelegengeden. Appartement is precies zoals op de foto. Was ideaal voor ons familie van 5 personen. Ook op loopafstand naar haven om bv naar Corfu te gaan. Prijs en kwaliteit zeer goed. Schoonmaak is 1 x 3 dgn. Bedden slapen lekker, 2 badkamers met wc's. Als je met de auto komt in drukke periode, kan Adrian parking regelen in garage voor € 5,00 per dag. Hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaar die snel reageert op vragen/verzoeken. We hebben een erg fijn verblijf hier gehad. Wij zouden zeker een ieder die opzoek is naar een appartment met een comfortabel verblijf, zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding aan het strand Adrians en Etleva's appartment aanbevelen. Wij bedanken jullie nogmaals hartelijk Adrian en Etleva! Van ons krijgen jullie een 10!

Ottimo soggiorno in centro città

Posizione ottima, terrazzino splendido, sia grande che con una vista magnifica! Staff molto gentile e disponibile, il proprietario parla un po di italiano e appena arrivi ti consiglia vari posti da poter visitare in zona, da spiagge a ristoranti, un po' di tutto! Finalmente un bagno in albania che non si allaga!! Sotto all'hotel c'è un mini market, super comodo per prendere due cose al volo. Per essere relativamente "piccola" la stanza ha davvero tutto ciò che serve, compreso uno stendino per poter mettere asciugamani e costumi. Abbiamo trovato anche dell'acqua in frigo per noi. Consiglio!

La prima notte i nostri vicini hanno fatto molto caos. Fortunatamente poi sono andati via. Essendo strada principale spesso c'è tanto traffico fuori dal balcone. La discesa per il parcheggio è molto ripida, se salendo trovi qualcuno e ti devi accostare rischi di far fumare il motore come è successo a noi per ripartire!!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui durante la nostra vacanza in Albania.Posizione strategica all'inizio del lungomare di Saranda.Camera vista mare e lungomare. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi esigenza.Market sotto la struttura, barber shop , fast and food pugliese e di cibo locale, locale per aperitivo e cocktail, tutto a portata di mano! Pulizia della stanza al terzo giorno con cambio del lenzuola e asciugamani. Spiaggia di Saranda proprio di fronte l'appartamento, altre strutture balneari facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi.Consigliatissimo! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
