The best views is Saranda

The views from the balcony were spectacular and gave me the chills. The staff were friendly and spoke good english. The breakfast was delicious, even though pretty similar on all mornings. The room was cleaned daily and everything pretty new, as is the whole building. It is situated close to the boulevard with tens and tens of excellent restaurants and pubs. Also has a couple of markets and a take away gyros place just a few meters down the hill.

They could add written directions to all rooms, which include wifi password, breakfast times and directions on how to use the AC, etc. These were all told at check-in, but atleast we were really tired at that time and didn't register everything. Also, while the location is really central, the climb up to the hotel is quite steep. That's what it requires however, if you want an overlooking view of the bay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The hosts are super nice, we had a really great time seeing the sunset together! 😊 The room was clean and comfortable. The plus: the views from the rooftop are incredible! Afrodite is great artist with beautiful paintings and sculptures. :)

Good potential, but room for improvement

The structure is located in a central position of Sarandë, the room was nice, comfortable, recently renewed and apparently clean, with a lovely view.

1. Air conditioning was not working at all. We wrote to the staff, but nobody answered. 2. Breakfast was poor with hot drinks to be paid separately. 3. Room's soundproofing was not adequate: there were many noises coming from both inside and outside the building. 4. Worst of all, on the second evening there was not hot water and we couldn't even take a shower! We notified the staff and we were told the issue would be solved in 15 minutes. After 1 hour nothing changed, and they stopped replying. Hot water came the following morning. 5. Additionally, the sink did not drain properly and faucet was working poorly due to limescale. 6. Last but not least, the check-in was done by a person not in staff and she almost charged us for € 2.200 instead of € 220!!! A real pity! The room was new, nice, in a good position and with a lovely view.

Superb

Afroditi, she's an exceptional owner, she does everything to make you feel comfortable. For breakfast she cooks homemade cake, rice with milk, guru, etc. All ingredients from her parents' farm, like tomatoes and lemons. The bar is at the rooftop, you get an amazing view from Sarande, breakfast and sunset are amazing there. The rooms are small, but practical and new. You have everything you need. The details from Afrotiti, like the decoration (she's an artist and all paints are hers), the plants and, the most important, her smile.

Sarande is a crazy and overcrowded city. Beaches are dirty, full of plastics and parties everywhere. If you want a quiet vacation there is not the place.

amazing will definitely be visiting again!

it was an amazing location which you absolutely cannot beat or fault. managed by a very sweet and helpful Greek lady with her brothers who were so hospitable. relaxed holiday vibes with lovely paintings all over! they even gave us their own laptop adaptor to make us comfortable and offered a lift to and fro from the hotel due to the incline.

since a family member has a walking problem the location was atop an incline which was harder so would just like to flag this up for people with similar requirements. breakfast can be slightly improved yet it is served with all the love and views.

La propreté de la chambre. Mes serviettes étaient changées tous les jours. La vue magnifique digne d’une carte postale et le petit déjeuner au dernier étage est d’un pur bonheur ! Je recommande cet hôtel !

Très bon emplacement proche de tout

L’emplacement au top à 5mn à pied du front de mer. Parking gratuit ; petit déjeuner compris (attention aux âtres avis qui disent le contraire, mais il est vrai que ce n’est pas très clair car on nous présente la carte avec des prix lors du petit déjeuner mais vous avez le droit à tout). La chambre manque un peu de propreté mais les équipements sont ok.

Attention si vous êtes au 6ème étage le matin vous serez réveillé par les bruit de chaise du petit déjeuner qui résonne

Дуже гарний номер з приголомшливим видом на узбережжя! В номері були нові меблі, білосніжна постіль і рушники. Є холодильник та кондиціонер. В готелі працює доброзичливий та уважний персонал. До моря є стежка між домами, приблизно 5 хвилин до найближчого пляжу. Нам користувались пляжем піцерії Alfa де можна взяти лежаки (15€ за 2 ліжака та парасольку), або засмагати на своєму рушнику. В готелі пропонують декілька варіантів сніданку, ми майже щодня брали яєчню до якої дають салат з овочів та сиру. Також брали кофе до якого пропонують якесь тістечко або круасан. Дякую персоналу за приємний відпочинок!

Мені все сподобалось. Трохи не вистачало чайника, щоб випити чай на балконі перед сном.

La terraza era increíble y las vistas muy bonitas. La cama era muy cómoda. Se portaron fenomenal con nosotros en el desayuno, estaba muy bueno y venía mucha cantidad. La ubicación era ideal, se podía pagar con tarjeta y tenía parking propio, que en Saranda es importante.

Contactar con ellos por booking era difícil, no contestaban a algunos mensajes. El baño de nuestra habitación olía bastante a tubería y la ventana daba a la terraza de otra habitación por lo que no podíamos dejarla mucho tiempo abierta. Nos quedamos 3 días y 1 de ellos no nos hicieron la habitación, y nos quedamos sin papel y champú.
