Property was in very good condition with all mod cons and an open balcony for those sunny day’s apartment was easy to find safe and secure access located in the centre of town great value for money Host was just a phone call away if needed highly recommend this nice cosy apartment

Une semaine superbe en décembre en Cotentin

L'appartement est très spacieux pour un couple et est à 2 mn à pieds de l'hypercentre. Le parking Gambatta est à 100 m, et vraiment bon marché et plus sécure qu'une place à l'extérieur. La communication avec Thomas et sa compagne est très agréable et ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseil autant pour la ville ue pour les restaurants. L'appartement dispose d'une superbe et immense terrasse qui donne sur le boulevard (nous avons bu une bière hier soir ... un 13 décembre !) et les deux pièces principales sont desservies par cette terrasse. Le double vitrage permet une très bonne isloation thermique et phonique. Bref, que du bonheur !

Appartement assez grand, machine à café en grains, proche du centre, pratique et avec un grand balcon ! Contact fluide et sympa avec l'hôte.

Pas de volet mais des rideaux peu jointifs alors qu'un lampadaire éclaire puissamment l'intérieur. Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants, mais quand même très bien dans l'ensemble.

In der Toilette sollte auch ein Waschbecken und ein Spiegel sein. Plastikabdeckung auf dem Esstisch mag praktisch sein, aber hässlich.
